Mahi Mahi with Citrus Crab Salad
While it might feel like January outside, inside at Houlihan’s in Crofton, dishes like this one are created to make you feel warm and happy all over.

The Mahi Mahi with Citrus Crab Salad is pan-seared to its juicy, flaky best and then dressed with a salad tossed with lump blue crab, oranges, cilantro, red peppers, and green onion served on a bed of grilled pineapple and brown rice. The finishing touch—a drizzle of zesty Thai chili glaze.
